I'm a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in a variety of different settings, including private practice, employment assistance schemes, and Government settings.
​
I specifically work with adults, and not adolescents or children.
I work using empathy, providing a warm, kind and non-judgemental atmosphere, allowing my clients to explore issues that may be preventing them from living a more fulfilling life.
I use a variety of approaches to assist my clients including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Techniques.
My qualifications include a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology.
